STYLE: TWIN LOVE

Hi Everyone!  

What have you been up to? It’s been a busy 2014 for me, from opening my studio, getting used to the stress and responsibilities that come with that to adding a sister company to my retail/tailoring outfit. I started supplying aso-ebi (all kinds of fabrics) for events. I basically help take the whole aso-ebi stress off clients by helping to buy/supply, deliver (with souvenirs), so make sure you contact us once your wedding bells begin to ring or tell a friend who is getting married soon. 

I love what I do but the demands sometimes leave me little or no time for blogging. Though I'm learning to manage my time wisely lately (God help me).

I'm not sure I have spoken a lot about my twin on my blog because l still get questions like: 'Are you a twin?', 'Wow, l didn't know you were a twin' blah blah blah, like why do l bare Taiwo? (Lol).

Yes, I'm a twin who is crazily, madly in love with her twin sister. We are very much alike in many ways but also very different. Keni loves HR and I love tailoring, hence, Keni is an HR personnel and I'm a fashion designer.

Keni and I had a short shoot with the world’s best photographer - IamBlawz, apart from him being my good friend, I honestly love his work, I mean who wouldn't? We had this shoot in a rush a week ago and it was so much fun.

We decided to wear similar outfits so we opted for our TEESHOGS CLOTHIER suits, skirts and shirts. People keep saying, 'I can't believe you made these suits Taiwo, they look so ready made' as much as I appreciate the compliment, I keep thinking, aren’t ready made outfits sewn? 

Trust me, it was difficult to pick these few pictures out of the 584 pictures we took.  I hope you like these pictures as much as we do.

MY STYLE: LACE IT UP

 Hi Everyone,

How have you been? I hope you enjoyed your public holiday yesterday? What did you do? I was at the studio all day working *lifeofafashiondesigner*.

I made this dress mid last year and I have worn it a couple of times, It's one of my most comfortable dresses. I love the color, it allows me play around with colors but I went with subtle colors for  this post.

I have been so occupied with fixing up my studio lately, I don't have time to do anything else but I thank God, things are starting to take shape now so I will have more time for my life and blogging.

MY STYLE: THE ORANGE WAY

 HAPPY NEW YEAR!

How are you today? Welcome to the year of supernatural favor. I literally did a countdown to 2014, I'm really excited about this year. will share some of the reasons why I'm in my next post.

Recently, the Holy spirit has been teaching me how to be patient with everyone and everything around me. It is not an easy journey but I have come to realise that for you to truly love a person or thing, you have to be patient.

When you are patient, you are slow to anger and you correct with love.

I made and wore this orange off-shoulder dress a while back and decided to pair it with a darker shade of orange to give it a unique and simple look. I am not much of a monochrome fan but I guess I pulled this off.
